In order to meet the ever increasing demand
in today’s Turboexpander market, L.A. Turbine,
the leader in new Turboexpander production, has added
another 20,000 sq. ft. fabrication facility to its fold.
The primary focus of L.A. Turbine’s
latest manufacturing operation will be the assembly of
Turboexpander Skids exclusively earmarked for Natural
Gas Production.

By employing standardization in design, L.A. Turbine
is able to manufacture Turboexpander skids with “parallel
processing” thereby minimizing the per-unit fabrication
time. L.A. Turbine’s approach to
Turboexpander Skid production not only reduces the time
from inception to Turboexpander commissioning, but it
also provides its customers with considerable flexibility
in finalizing process specifications mid-way through the
Turboexpander Skid’s manufacture.

Associated functions ranging from parts preparation to
Turboexpander assembly will be carried out separately
from the manufacturing floor operation at L.A.Turbine’s
newly acquired location.

Component inspection is a critical aspect of Turboexpander
fabrication and assembly. Prior to being released to the
production floor, each piece is subjected to rigorous
examination.
L.A. Turbine takes pride in its exacting specifications
to properly qualify each and every Turboexpander component
prior to installation. It is this meticulous attention
to detail that distinguishes L.A. Turbine’s
Turboexpander products.
Three locations in Northern Los Angeles County now comprise
L.A. Turbine’s manufacturing operation,
which has grown to encompass 60,000 square feet of production
floor space.
